Beth Chapman and her husband Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman are famously family oriented. They’re a couple who really is just all about family. Well, we’re pleased to announce that Beth and Dog are now great-grandparents for the first time.

Beth, 51, recently made this announcement on her Instagram:

Beth tagged her grandson, Dakota Chapman, 23.

“Nothing more beautiful or inspiring than the birth of a new baby. A new Generation Of Chapman’s you will be an amazing father I’m very proud of you.”

She also congratulated Dakota’s father, Leland Chapman. Leland is the son of Dog and his first wife, La Fonda Sue Honeycutt.

Beth has been battling cancer for the past couple of years and recently had a setback. It’s good to see her enjoying life and enjoying her family.

Dog said this in a recent interview to People.

“When we made a pledge many years ago, I said I’d love her in sickness and in health until death do us part,” he said. “And that truth has really, really come alive in my mind. And I have to stand on that; I gave her an oath that I would love her forever. And thank God it’s not till death do us part at this point.”

We believe him. Totally. This couple is the perfect example of what true love looks like, and it clearly extends to their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. We continue to wish Beth good health and happiness.
