A crochet artist in Texas, Rebecca Monroe, loves to make handmade works of art that are undeniably cute, but a particular series of photos on Instagram take it to a whole other level.

Much of Monroe’s work is for babies, with a very Anne Geddes reminiscent fantasy look:

However, this time the work was custom-made for a momma dachshund, who posed for a weiner-dog maternity shoot.

The mother-to-be couldn’t look more hilariously majestic as she seems to pose in a windswept gown, and then we see the tiny colorful bonnets made for six newborn puppies that are on the way.

Here is the proud mom with her litter of pups each wearing their bonnets and laying on a soft fluffy bed. The Royal Corgis would have been envious for sure.

Finally, we have a closer look at those puppies, and wow, that is some extreme cuteness that might be just the antidote to the stressful news of the day.

Fortunately, the artist has shared other adorable pictures of her creations for and inspired by fur babies.
