Finding out that a loved one has Alzheimer’s or dementia is incredibly heartbreaking. The person who never forgot a birthday, never forgot to tell you they loved you, will eventually not remember you at all.
When brothers Andrew and Matt learned their 53-year-old mother, Kathy, had been diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s, they created this heartbreaking video to both let her know they were going to be there for her and help spread the word about the devastating disease.
