While most of us are snuggled up safe and warm in our homes this Christmas, it’s easy to forget that there are thousands of men and women who won’t get to be home with their families. These soldiers are stationed around the world, protecting our freedom and the safety that we so often take for granted.
Wanting to remind people of this fact, this family in Tallahassee, Florida, decided to decorate their house a little differently this year. They still covered their house in lights, but the light show was set to patriotic music to serve as a reminder of those who have given everything for our freedom.
The light show was such a hit that it ended up winning the Good Morning America Christmas light contest!
